On GTA San Andreas, how do I get my homies to move with me?

I know how to recruit them and get them in your car and stuff, but say I buy a house in the country, say in Red County, how do I start a set there? Is there a way to get a whole bunch to spawn there without recruitment? Or do I have to recruit them and take them there.
