How do you get a guy to talk to you first?

i like this boy. alot!. and i want to start talkin to him first but like friends. you noe homies. you could tell that he notices me.. but how can i get him to notice me enough so that he could start talkin to me. cuz he knows that i like him and i dont wanna talk to him and then he's juss gonna think of me as annoying. then he's gonna think of me as a creep. so what can i do?
