In What Situations Should we Raise Taxes?

well raising taxes for who, thats the thing. Bush killed this country giving tax cuts to the wealthy and rasing them for the middle class and poor. If your going to raise taxes the only reasonable thing is to do so for the wealthy for reasons you can expect. When we weere at war I dont think we should, bush spent over a trillion dollars in Iraq, putting this country into recession. When we're in debt, thats hard, thats something for the President and his followers to decide. Crumbling infrastructure, I think they should be raised for the rich and when buying products stores should have a legal percentage on how high the percentage of the product is tax.
