Where do i go from here?

what are you supposed to do when every significant relationship you've made starts to crumble and all you can do is watch because you don't know what to do or say? What do you do when there's an ache in the pit of your stomach with the depth of the Mariana Trench and you're drowning in it and there's no one there to pull you out of it? When it's a shorter to list what's right than to list everything that's wrong?
