I got some bullhead catfish out of the park.I dont know what to feed them. the tank is underground 80 gallons?

I tried wild cat blood or stink bait and crumbled it up. i have some alge and they seem to go to it. they look for cover under some shells from Florida. i have a few sun perch really small. the catfish are only 1cm to 2 inch long. they were in a big school about 3 ft wide. i got only 20 of them till they got upt o 5 to 8 inches long. they were in a mudhole called donut bay-kansas. its only 2-8 foot deep. they are found in shallow water. donut bay is good for fishing it hard to find. i only caught bass less then 1/4 of a lb and i just started putting 7 lb bass in there and a good sizes of black crappie reaching 13 and 13and 1/4 inches. what do i feed the catfish if they have barely of a mouth. any stink baits crappie nibbles or turtle food? PLEASE HELP!
