Did i eat too much to loose weight?

you ate WAY too little. anything under 1200 calories a day is going to eventually put your body into starvation mode which will result in massive weight gain when you start eating normally again. look up your BMR (how many calories your body will burn a day if you didn't move) and then figure out how many calories you burn from daily activity (most activites can be found on google). add the two and subtract 500 (for a 1lb a week loss) and that's how many calories you should be eating a day.
