So im 16 and i had my heartbroken for the first time today I cant eat or sleep.?

So im not going to put our whole 10 month relationship on the internet but i will tell you we were great together he made me laugh and treated me wiith respect. What went wrong? i dont know i guess i got too insecure about his feelings and he got mad and said he never wanted to speak to me again. i cried and still am crying and i went on here because i need advice on how someone just leaves after so many good times...i tried reaching out..i just get ignored..i really liked him and now i dont know what to do.....my world crumbled in a 2 second convo....and now i cant leave my bed
