Call her and arrange a dinner for you 2 alone. Convincing her might be difficult, or not. When you have your dinner or whatever let her know how serious you are about her, and what a blind jerk you used to be. Hopefully she still has some love for you, but after the way you used to treat her, I doubt it. Good luck
